- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've given this store 2 chances, and have been disappointed on both occassions. First, I ordered a ring to have a stone mounted. The ring is fine, but the jeweler did an awful job on the resizing (it's very uneven) and the stone is set crooked. It's about 1/2 carat, and from the side you can definitely see the mistake. When I took it back to them, they said it would have to wait several weeks, as it was "too close to Christmas", when I had it done only the day before! I returned to order wedding bands, something I thought they couldn't screw up. I selected a first and second choice, and was sized. It was a weekend, so I was told they would contact the compnay first thing Monday and call me immediately following. I needed the rings quickly. They did not call me, and when I got a chance to call them, they said the man who could call was not in, and I could try back Wednesday, which of course was too late to order. No one else in the store could help me, and they didn't understand what I was calling for. There is poor communication among the staff, and no organization. I do not recommend this store to anyone.By A Google User, October 04, 2016
